I am a certified PMP and Agile Scrum Master with over fifteen years of experience in deploying IT projects. I am a problem solver. During a recent software upgrade, I was able to waylay the fears of some disgruntled users by providing them with individualized training to keeping the project on schedule. I am diligent and dependable. I was the only project manager in the PMO to complete all historical project artifacts. I am organized and detail oriented and consequently have been assigned several large complex projects. I am a self-starter, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ·               Executed the development of an enterprise Work-In-Process (WIP) tracking application to replace a complex application. As a result, we reduced mistakes, improved user satisfaction and increased product throughput by 75%.

·               Led electrical engineering and manufacturing departments in the selected and implementation of a million-dollar CAD/CAM system used to create 3-D electronic wire bundles in the Gulfstream jets. The resulting bundle lengths could then be submitted for fabrication.

·               Project Manager for an 8.5-million-dollar CAD/CAM system that supported the Space Station Freedom, now the known as the International Space Station. This system at the time was the largest CAD/CAM system in Florida with over fifty-five workstations and 60 PCs.

·               Designed the computer room.

·               Managed a team of six support personnel who maintained the system.

·               Established an automated on-line service request system for tracking support calls.

·               Developed Catia training curriculum for the entire company.

·               Selected and implemented a Computervision CAD/CAM system for mechanical engineering design.
